- Request for Quote - Human Resources Management Instruction for Supervisors The Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion & Repairs (SUPSHIP) Groton CT seeks quotes from qualified sources capable of providing Human Resources Management instruction for Supervisors. This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for commercial items as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This Combined Synopsis-Solicitation shall be posted in FEDBIZOPPS. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N62789-16-T-0002. The NAICS code is 611430 - Professional/Management Development Training and the Small Business standard is $11 Million. This is a Small Business Set Aside competitive action. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail ONLY. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://acquisition.gov and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfars/index.htm. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award. The RFQ open dates is 09 December 2015 through 04 January 2016.
