Description

This amendment is canceling this Solicitation Number VA262-15-Q-0902 in entirely. I have made some changes to the requirements in the solicitation including changing the start date and the evaluation factors. The new solicitation for with changes is VA262-16-Q-0203. Notice to Offerors: The pre-proposal meeting for VA262-16-Q-0203 shall be conducted at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System at 11301 Wilshire Blvd. in the Engineering shop, Building 63, on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 9:30a.m. The Pre-Proposal will provide the contractor the opportunity to inspect the equipment that shall be maintained in the upcoming contract. If you have any questions, on the location of the meeting, please contact Alan Silver at 310-268-3424. Offerors are encouraged to attend this pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their proposal in order to be fully aware of the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Failure to attend the Pre-proposal meeting shall not relieve the successful offeror from performing their services in accordance with the specifications. This is the only pre-proposal meeting that will be conducted.
