- Lodging BPA Provisions and Clauses Lodging BPA Evaluation Factors Lodging BPA Price Schedule Lodging BPA T&C This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued by the Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG) as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number W9124X-16-T-0002. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 effective 04 December 2015 and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20151130 effective 30 November 2015. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside; the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 and small business size standard is $32,500,000. The Nevada National Guard at the 152d Airlift Wing, Reno, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of lodging facilities for monthly Unit Training Assemblies (UTA) and Annual Training (AT) on an as needed basis. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 5 years from award - approximately 01 January 2016 to 31 December 2020. The Government intends to award up to four BPA's, however; the Government also reserves the right to award less than four BPA's, or none at all. The Proposed Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are provided below; it is preferred that quotations match this structure, however if lodging prices change by month please break down into Sub Contract Line Item Number (SUBCLIN) format by month. Known dates for training requirements will be provided once award of BPA has been made. All other requirements will be addressed on an as needed basis as they become available. CLIN 0100 Single Occupancy Room (1 bed)/Each CLIN 0200 Double Occupancy Room (2 beds)/Each Quotations should be submitted to the 152d Airlift Wing Contracting Office no later than 2:00pm Pacific Time, Thursday, 24 December 2015.
