- 1. This contract is for backhoe work for utilities systems within the Baumholder Military Community. 2. The solicitation will result in a 12 month ID/IQ type contract. 3. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 December 2015 with an anticipated bid opening of approximately 29 January 2016. The soliciation will be posted at the following site: https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 4. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Kaiserslautern. 5. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comly with German Law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 6. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a) (12).
