- NIIN P/N Nomenclature Qty 015461278 5180500-110 Multi Function Array 6ea NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of spare repairable assemblies as described above. The spare repairable assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement are set forth by manufacturers part number and constitute Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the repair needs of this forthcoming procurement. In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs. Eligible contractors shall provide: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair 3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 4) Is your company seeking to repair the P/N(s) in #2 as a CI or NDI part? a) What is the CI or NDI repair part that will satisfy these requirements? 5) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in #2 but your company is not the OEM? a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs. 6) Is your company a Small Business? If so, what type of Small Business? 7) Company POC This item requires Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVICP Source Approval Brochure which can be obtained on the internet at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ourteam/navicp/business_opps
