Description

JA# 16-041 Notice of Intent under W91YU0-16-T-0063, Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), Western Regional Contracting Office, Lacey WA, intends to award a firm fixed price contract with Sebia, Inc. in the amount of $29,808.00 for a Base year with (2) one-year options for maintenance and repair services on the Sebia Electrophoresis Capillary System that will be located at William (WBAMC) Beaumont Army Medical Center, FT Bliss TX, Department of Pathology. This is a follow-on service requirement using Government-Owned Equipment by Sebia, Inc. which has proprietary rights as the OEM for maintenance and services. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
