Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for a turn-key cleaning and pressure washing of the exterior of a seven (7) story building at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Downtown Site, 950 15th Street, Augusta, GA, Building 801. The height of the building is 115 ft. with 150,000 sq. ft. of outside building surface. This procurement shall be set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, and the PSC code is J099 - Maintenance and Repair of Miscellaneous Equipment apply to this requirement. The contractor is responsible for providing skilled labor, material, equipment, chemicals and supervision of work performance. A site visit has been scheduled for 4 December 2015 @ 10:00AM. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Lois Greene at lois.greene@va.gov. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit are reminded to be prompt. Work performance shall begin within 2 - 5 days of award date of the contract.
