The NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide Design/Build services for a new package air handler at Lee County VA Healthcare Center. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 17, 2015. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at www.fbo.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV. This requirement is set aside for SDVOSB firms.
