- The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Small Business Set-Aside, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000042717 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). ONLY OFFERS FROM A SDVO WILL BE CONSIDERED NSN: 6150-01-312-4031, ELECTRICAL SPECIAL PURPOSE CABLE ASSEMBLY, CRITICAL ITEM; CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (FAT) IS REQUIRED; HIGHER LEVEL CONTRACT QUALITY REQUIREMENT; EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." Required delivery is 192 days without FAT and 402 with FAT. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 34 each. The Guaranteed Minimum value will be determined in accordance with the following formula: 10% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the EAD for the NSN (base period only). There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https//dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 17 Dec 2015. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil).
