- Automatic Door Maintenance - Solicitation with all attachments This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S2-16-T-3002. The successful Contractor shall Provide all resources necessary to perform semi-annual preventative maintenance/inspections and service calls in order to maintain the safe and effective operation of automatic door operators, at various facilities located at Fort Drum, NY, In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS); all attachments; and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 811310, representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be complete prior to quoting.
