Description

Price Pending NSNs The Government intends to issue a modification to Boeing's long term contract SPRPA1-14-D002U to add National Stock Numbers (NSNs) to Price Pending Contract Line Item (CLIN) IAW Clause H06-Addition/Deletion of Items, to support low demand sole source NSNs. The NSNs that will be included under this Price Pending CLIN have Boeing as the sole approved source and are attached to this notice. The listed items will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to point of contact Jermaine.Brown@dla.mil for consideration. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available on these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
