Description
Industry Day Notification Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) The objective of the Effective Sensor Technology Evaluations and Enabling Methodologies (ESTEEM) Program is to conduct research into advanced assessment and evaluation methodologies. The ESTEEM Program will include the development and use of improved methodologies that provide for more effective and efficient analyses and evaluations of advanced sensor technologies. The ESTEEM Program will provide for collaborative research that leverages the Integrated Demonstrations and Applications Laboratory (IDAL) to better enable technology maturation and transition. The ESTEEM program will develop/evolve research methodologies for rapid assessments/evaluations (qualitative and quantitative) of advanced sensors and EW technologies/systems through IDAL synthetic battlespace simulation. The program will conduct applications assessment/demonstration research through man/hardware-in-the-loop simulation to develop/evolve advanced sensor/EW technology, concepts and systems.
