Description
What: JPEO-CBD JE-RDAP omnibus contract Industry Day When: 8 December 2015 at 0800-1200 Where: Myer Auditorium (Bldg 6000), 6000 Combat Dr, APG, Maryland, 21005. Registration: Register NLT 3 December on the JE-RDAP home page for updates and important information regarding the Industry Day at the link below: http://www3.natick.army.mil/Team/JE-RDAP.aspx JE-RDAP description: The purpose of this Industry Day will be to receive feedback from industry on the draft RFP and concept of JPEO-CBD Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) omnibus contract. JE-RDAP will be a single contract vehicle, with centralized management, providing contractor support to the JPEO-CBD and subordinate JPMs for the design, development, engineering, fielding, production and procurement of CBRNE Defense Systems and Equipment. JE-RDAP is anticipated to be a long term, Multiple Award (MA), omnibus contract, with a potential ceiling of $7.81 billion. The primary focus of the Industry Day will be non-medical CBRNE areas within the JPEO-CBD Enterprise, to include Information Systems, Rad/Nuc Defense Systems, WMD Elimination Systems and other CBRNE Defense Systems. The JPEO-CBD is looking for recommendations and concerns from both small and large business on the JE-RDAP draft RFP and current strategy, as participation will be solicited from both. The JE-RDAP draft RFP will be posted to FedBizOps NLT 1 Dec 2015. The NAICS codes that could be applicable to JE-RDAP are as follows: - Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; (54) - RDTE in Biotechnology; 541711 - RDTE Physical, Engineering and Life Sciences (not including Biotechnology); 541712 - Custom Computer Programming; 541511 - Computer Systems- Design and Related Services; 541512 Procedures to get onto APG (Aberdeen Area) and to Myer Auditorium: All visitors without a CAC/Government Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card will have to stop by the visitor center (by the MD 715 gate) and present ID and vehicle registration. (Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to allow time to obtain a visitor's pass. A visitor's pass can be obtained as early as a month prior to the event, which can alleviate time spent at the visitor's offie during the morning of the event). Enter through the MD 715 gate entrance and turn right onto Combat Drive. Turn left into the first parking lot. The Myer Auditorium is the last building (bldg 6000) on the right. See attached map. JE-RDAP will be a single contract vehicle, with centralized management, providing contractor support to the JPEO-CBD and subordinate JPMs for the design, development, engineering, fielding and procurement of CBRNE Defense Systems and Equipment. JE-RDAP is anticipated to be a long term, Multiple Award (MA)Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a potential ceiling cost of $7.5 billion. The primary focus of the Industry Day will be non-medical CBRNE areas within the JPEO-CBD Enterprise, to include Information Systems, Rad/Nuc Defense Systems, WMD Elimination Systems and other CBRNE Defense Systems.
