- PRON: AX5F5955AX. The Government propose to acquire, on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a quantity of 9 each up to a maximum quantity of 89 each of a LAMP, METAL, HALIDE ; NSN: 6240-01-537-7793 ; Part Number: N1015100 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK (BE) weapon system. Production Lead Time is 270 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to W562RM TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. This item is restricted to OLYMPUS SCIENTIFIC SOLUTIONS AMERICAS INC. (CAGE CODE: 1KY21). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
