- The Space & Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic, has a requirement to Tear Down & Evaluate the equipment associated with L-3 NARDA. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to L-3 Communications Corporation, located at Hauppauge, NY, for the requirements listed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. L-3 is the Sole manufacturer & hold proprietary rights. This is a notice of intent & is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name L-3 equipment listed in the synopsis. Request submit quote no later than 1:00pm, EST, 27 NOV 2015 Or earlier. Please include your Cage Code, Tax ID, & NAICS Code.
