Solicitation for Offers No. VA101-15-R-0231 issued October 9, 2015, for a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Clinic (OPC) in Chico, CA. The following amendments and clarifications are hereby made to the above-referenced Solicitation for Offers.
