- RFI for Text Mining and Analysis Software The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Urban Security Technology Laboratory (NUSTL) is seeking information on commercially available text mining software to meet the needs of emergency responders. The DHS Authorized Equipment List (AEL) item number for this equipment is 13IT-00-DACQ. The target audience for this information is law enforcement personnel, hazardous materials personnel, emergency management agencies, public safety providers, government administrative agencies, and their purchasing agents. All submittals should be suited to the target audience's specific needs. Responses should be sent via email to Andy Chen at andy.chen@hq.dhs.gov.
