- The 87th Contracting Squadron Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA4484-16-P-0004 for an SRM 3006 Selective Radiation Meter (Brand Name or Equal). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver an SRM 3006 Selective Radiation Meter and the salient characteristics to JB MDL, NJ. Reference attached Performance of Work within solicitation for further details about the requirement. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOpps(FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be made available. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerers interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
