- NSN 5985-01-254-2160, PR #60257407, Antenna This requirement is for a total quantity of 38 each. Price breaks are requested up to 50 each. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved sources are: Cobham Advanced Electronic (25223) P/N 10D23100, Northrop Grumman Systems (76823) P/N 74-870188-101 The Government required delivery is 540 days, and the item will be shipped to the government stock location at Tracy, CA (W62G2T). Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP (Request For Proposal) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 2 December 2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to export-control regulations. Distribution of the technical data and eligibility for award are limited to those suppliers qualified through JCP Certification, or to those licensed by either the Departments of State or Commerce; or to foreign suppliers pursuant to international agreements. This acquisition will involve classified documents and information. Only sources listed on the classified database/ISFD are eligible for award. A DD-254 is required. FDT (First Destination Transportation) program applies to this procurement. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). This solicitation will not include the Reverse Auction clause. First Article Testing is not required.
