Description

This is a sources sought notice (NBD-0001-16) being issued on behalf of UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries seeking sources and feedback in the construction of a Milk Processing Plant at the Federal Correctional Complex, Lompoc, CA. This is only a request for information. Please see additional information as it relates to this initiative in the attached documents: 1) RFI outlining the requests, 2) Draft Statement of Work which provides information as the need exists currently. This is not a solicitation nor an obligation on behalf of the government. Responses as a result of this RFI shall be received on or before November 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM. All responses to this notice will be reviewed. ******************************* The responsde date for this sources sought notice has been extended from November 13, 2015 to November 30, 2015.
