This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S2-16-T-3001. The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to prepare personal property of military members and civilian employees for packing, containerization, drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage and related services on Fort Drum, NY. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 488991, representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be complete prior to quoting.
