- PRON: AX5F5746AX. The Government propose to acquire, on a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a quantity of 17 each up to a maximum quantity of 117 each of a PLATE, MOUTING ; NSN: 5340-01-545-9885 ; Part Number: 70550-01430-041 applicable to the BLACKHAWK (BE) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 420 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). PLT without First Article Testing is 280 DARO with deliveries to W562RM TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. This item is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
