- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, requires integrated pest management services on approximately 5000 acres within the Umatilla Project. The Umatilla Project is located in the lower Umatilla River Basin in Oregon. The treatment area extends from McKay Reservoir near Pendleton, Oregon to the lower basin agriculture lands near Cold Springs Reservoir and the confluence of the Umatilla River and the Columbia River near the town of Umatilla, Oregon. A site visit will be held on December 2, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. PT. Contractors must submit a reservation to the contracting specialist NLT November 30, 2015 before 5:00 p.m. PT. The meeting location is 32871 Diagonal Road, Hermiston OR 978-38-6307. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is a total small business set aside and the applicable NAICS is 115112. Reclamation intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with a base year and four option years. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be active and registered in the System for Award Management database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
