Description

Advertisement for Warehouse Space VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System is soliciting interested parties to provide warehouse space totaling 9,500 to 10,000 square feet for the Facilities Management Off-site Warehouse. The new warehouse must be within ½ mile of the existing Ann Arbor VA Medical Center Warehouse. The existing warehouse is located at 844 Highland Drive Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The warehouse location must be able to accommodate at least 75 parking spaces Sq. ft. - 9,500 to 10,000 usable sq. ft. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Ellsworth road South: East Morgan Road East: Stone School Road West: South State Road A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
