Description

This solicitation VA246-16-Q-0095 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Only completed SF1449 Solicitations received directly from the requester are acceptable. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that the quote is received. The anticipated award date is December 1, 2015. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120. This action is set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). If offeror has a FSS/GSA contract, please include it in your offer. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville, NC, is seeking delivery of Bulk Liquid Oxygen for the period of March 1, 2016 through February 29, 2017, with four options years. The government is in need of the rental of a 6,000 Gallon Main Tank and one 525 Gallon Reserve Tank. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
