VA786-16-R-0028 Pre Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services For Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH RFP VA786-16-R-0028 - The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control necessary to the installation, replacement, cleaning, and raise/realignment of upright granite headstones at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH. Base Year Estimated Services Installation of Headstones (Initial)Qty 1,800 Clean HeadstonesQty 500 Raise & Realign HeadstonesQty 675 Installation of Headstones (replacements)Qty 650 Project will be from date of award through September 30, 2016 plus 4, one-year options, if exercised. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-16-R-0028 on remittances. An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about November 20, 2014. Projected responses to the solicitation will be due by 2:00 p.m., December 11, 2015.
