- The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO), Arkansas Army National Guard, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas intends to award a contract to On the Move Advertising, Inc. on a sole source basis to provide advertising in the form of vehicle wraps with Arkansas Army National Guard recruiting information for buses used by the Central Arkansas Transit (CAT) in the metro Little Rock area. On the Move Advertising, Inc. is contracted by CAT to provide all advertising associated with the company, thus making them the sole source for this service.
