DRFP W52P1J-15-R-0122 10 NOV 2015 ADMC-3 VENDOR SUBMISSION FORM DRAFT (17 SEPT 2015) ADMC-3 SOW 6 NOV 2015 ADMC-3 PRICING MATRIX 9-29-15 ADMC-3 OFFEROR BUSINESS PROCESS FORM (20 JUL 15) DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL INFORMATION THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (DRFP). IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A FINAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), NOR SERVE TO BIND THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT IN ANY WAY. THIS DRFP DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE OF A FUTURE RFP OR REQUIREMENT. IT SHOULD NOT BE ASSUMED THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN WILL BE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FINAL RFP. OFFERORS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH REVIEWING AND PREPARING COMMENTS IN RESPONSE TO THE DRFP. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT USING THIS DOCUMENT TO NEGOTIATE OR SOLICIT OFFER. NO OFFERS ARE REQUESTED OR WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. 1. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking industry comment and feedback on the DRFP's content prior to release of the final RFP. It is the Government's intent that, to the maximum extent practicable amd if in the best interest of the Government, all comments recieved will be taked into consideration for possible incorporation into the final RFP. One set of questions shall be submitted by each offeror, instead of multiple sets of questions. Feedback shall be submitted to the Government no later than 10:00 Central Time, 19 November 2015. 2. The DRFP is being utilized for the sole purpose of receiving questions/comments from potential offerors regarding the procurment of commercial off the shelf (COTS) Information Technology (IT) equipment. Equipment includes: desktop computers, integrated desktop computers, workstations, notebooks, tablets, slates, electronic displays, thin clients, printers and multifunction devices. 3. Any clarifications regarding the DRFP shall be provided to the below individual, via electronic e-mail: Mr. Kyle C.
