The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Extend the close date of the RFQ from 11/27/2015 to 12/1/2015. 2) Answer the following questions: CONSOLIDATED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (11/10/15) Solicitation # VA248-16-Q-0156 1.Question: Is a wage determination to be used on this project (i.e. Davis-Bacon)? Answer: Davis-Bacon doesn't apply to this project. The Service Contract Act wage determination no., 2005-2113 Rev. No. 17, REV DATE: 07/08/2015, is applicable. To that end the following language is added to the solicitation by amendment: ""Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2005-2113, Revision No.17, dated 07/08/2015, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting Contract."
