This item is Source-Restricted to the above company and the award is expected to be made to that company. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation has a Basic Order Agreement (BOA) established with the Government so a Letter RFP will be issued to Sikorsky Aircraft and no Solicitation will be issued to DIBBS unless additional inquiries are made to the Acquisition Specialist. The RFP-solicitation issue date 11/16/2015 and respond due date 11/30/2015. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0061119966 and solicit as Unrestricted for CAGE 78286, Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1288, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-506-8234, Support, Structural for 68 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety neither is commercial as of 11/09/2015. Item is Critical Application and Export Controlled applies. Item is in accordance with Part Number 70219-02133-051 requirements. Digital Mylar data exists for this item and DLA Aviation Richmond does not have adequate data nor rights to the data. Required delivery objective is 578 days total with Contractor Production Lot Test. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin.
