NOTE: No security accreditation package is required and Contractor will not have access to any VA sensitive information. This project does not require acquisition of a service that involves storage, transmitting or exchanging VA sensitive information as this requirement is strictly a construction activity per the SOW below. 1.0PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this statement of work is to supply Nineteen (19) each headwall units for the ED Expansion project currently under construction. Size of the units will be 5'-5- 5/8 long X 1'-4 5/8" wide to fit between the wall studs. See drawing for size and layout needed. Nurse call shall be a Four (4) gang box, Four (4) Duplex outlets, Two (2) normal power and Two (2) emergency power. Med Gases equals Three (3) each: One (1) Oxygen Amico Gas O2 Chemtron Comp Latch type (or equal), One (1) Air Amico Gas Air Chemtron Comp Latch type (or equal), and One (1) VAC Amico Gas VAC Chemtron Comp Latch type (or equal). Panel color to be Honey Maple, to match existing furnishings. 2.0Work requirements Units are to meet the attached drawing and layout pattern to include the specifics listed above in the description. 3.0GOVERNMENT POINT OF CONTACTS: 3.1To be Delivered to:VA Medical Center 650 E Indian School Road Phoenix, AZ 85012-1892 3.2POC: To be provided at time of award 4.0SUBMITTALS: Cut Sheet Drawings to be approved prior to construction of the units. Units are to be installed by subcontractor for the VA who will build new construction wall and run lines for units; construction in progress. 5.0 WARRANTY: The warranty will be in effect for one calendar year period from owner acceptance.
