Description

Statement of Work New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase 12 vials of RYANODEX 250 MG (Dantrolene Suspension) direct acting skeletal muscle relaxant for the Albuquerque VA facility located at 1501 San Pedro SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108-5153. The vials obtained are needed by 12-15-2015 and will replace expiring drugs on hand. The drugs on hand expire Jan 2016. The Inpatient Pharmacy must have BRAND NAME Ryanodex 258 MG (Dantrolene Suspension) as medication is only available by BRAND NAME.
