- U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Cut Bank Delineated Area: Start at the place of beginning; Skyland and Santa Rita go south to Nyhagen Road. Go east to Hope Road. Go south to Old Kevin Highway. Go east to Highway 2. Go north continuing onto the connecting road to 11th Ave SE. Go South on Eden Road to Laurens way. Continuing on Laurens way to Dean Drive to 9th Ave S. Go north on 9th Ave S to 4th Street SE continuing on to 2nd Ave SW. Go northeast on 2nd Ave SW to 3rd Street SW. Go west to 5th Ave SW. Go North on 5th Ave SW back to place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,950 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Space Type: Clinical Space Parking Spaces Total: 8 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical and related space in a building under lease in Cut Bank, Montana that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
