- NAICS: 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance RFQ-DC-16-00025 Procurement Office: United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division (3805R) 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004 Response Date: November 16th, 2015 4:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ¿s Office of Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division, seeks quotes for the following services. Quotes are being requested in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US EPA is seeking a one year maintenance agreement for an AB Sciex Triple Quadrupole Trap Mass Spectrometer and a Shimadzu Standard Liquid Chromatograph. The equipment is listed below: 1.AB Sciex Triple Quadrupole Trap Mass Spectrometer (QTrapMS), (Model 400QTRAP, serial AR20450710) 2.Shimadzu Standard Liquid Chromatograph (LC) system (serial L20104552331, L20104552332) The following specifications must be met: 1) Two on-site preventative maintenance visits by a service engineer knowledgeable with respect to repairs to AB Sciex QTrap 4000 and Shimadzu liquid chromatographs 2) All certified AB Sciex or Shimadzu replacement parts, labor, and travel for all on-demand repairs 3) Unlimited service calls 4) Immediate response for phone inquiries to isolate and resolve hardware and software problems. If call center is not available, return phone calls must be made within four hours by a service engineer 5) Standard three day response time provided for on-site visits 6) Formal escalation process to resolve any analytical hardware issue that cannot be resolved with the first repair attempt 7) Repair guaranteed or instrument will be replaced free of charge 8) Provide documentation of familiarity with AB Sciex QTrap 4000 and Shimadzu liquid chromatographs (this can be in the form of training certificates, references from other federal agencies or institutions that utilize this equipment) 9) Provide documentation for factory certified consumables and replacement parts at time of installation 10) Provide or use latest factory recommended upgrades All items and service will be delivered and performed at the following address: US EPA National Exposure Research Lab 944 East Harmon Avenue Las Vegas, Nevada 89193-3478 Interested contractors should be advised the following: ¿Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) ¿Contractors must not be listed on Excluded Parties List Service at time of award ¿Contractors must be registered in FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued to the successful vendor that provides the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Quotes are due no later than Monday, November 16th, 2015 at 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Quotes should include all discounts and shipping costs.
