- Performance Work Statement Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of Contractors to Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform generator maintenance and rental service as defined in the Performance Work Statement, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished here at Letterkenny Army Depot. The requirement will be for a base year and four option years as follows: Base Year CLIN Nos. 0001 through 0017 Option Year One 1001 through 1017 Option Year Two 2001 through 2017 Option Year Three 3001 through 3017 Option Year Four 4001 through 4017 Following are the CLIN descriptions: CLIN No. 0001 - Rental 60K - All labor and equipment to provide a 60K W Rental generator IAW the PWS. QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0002 - Rental 100KW All labor and equipment to provide a 100KW rental generator IAW the PWS. QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0003 - Rental 150KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 150KW rental generator IAW the PWS. QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0004 - Rental 250KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 250 KW rental generator IAW the PWS. QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0005 - Rental 350 KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 350 KW rental generator IAW the PWS. QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0006 - Rental 500 KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 500 KW rental generator IAW the PWS. QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0007 - Rental 750 KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 750 KW rental generator IAW the PWS. - QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0008 - Rental 1000KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 1000KW rental generator IAW the PWS. - QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0009 - Rental 1200KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 1200KW rental generator IAW the PWS. - QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No. 0010 - Rental 1500KW - All labor and equipment to provide a 1500KW rental generator IAW the PWS. - QTY - 6 Weeks CLIN No.0011 - Emergency Labor - All labor to provide emergency repair services IAW the PWS. - QTY - 50 Weeks CLIN No. 0012 - Repair Labor - All labor to provide repair services IAW the PWS. - QTY - 1-Weeks. CLIN No. 0013 - Parts - NTE Amount - All parts to provide repair services IAW the PWS. - Qty - 1 EACH CLIN No. 0014 - PM to Generators 3S - All parts and labor to provide PM Services IAW the PWS. This CLIN covers Building 3. QTY - 2 EACH CLIN No. 0015 - PM to Generators Volez Gate - All parts and labor to provide PM services IAW the PWS. This CLIN covers Volez Gate. QTY - 2 EACH CLIN No. 0016 - PM to Generators - All parts and labor to provide PM services IAW the PWS. This CLIN covers Building Nos. 10. 322, 360, 367, 270, 385,, 521, 527, 530, 3322 and 3426. - QTY - 2 EACH CLIN No. 0017 - Manpower Reporting - QTY - 1 EACH. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. If your firm is capable of performing the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Trudy Alleman, Trudy.o.alleman.civ@mail.mil, by 16 November 2015, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a)), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. (4) GSA contract for this service, if applicable In addition, past performance information and capability statement shall be submitted. Past performance information shall include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Offeror shall furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry. Competition and side-aside decision may be based on the results of this market research. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
