Description

Network Contracting Office 10W will be soliciting offers for calibration of boiler plant instrumentation; burner maintenance inspection and boiler safety testing. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, testing instruments and calibration gases to perform calibration of boiler plant instrumentation; and to perform burner maintenance inspection and boiler safety testing for a total of six boilers located at the at the Fort Wayne Campus and the Marion Campus of VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). Request for Quote (VA-251-15-Q-0577) will be issued on or around November 10, 2015. Anticipated award date is December 15, 2015 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within seven calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the solicitation period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219. The size standard is $20.5 million.
