Description

This amendment to the notice is being issued for the following reasons: 1) The Request for Proposal (RFP) was tentatively scheduled to be released in October 2015. However, this has been slightly delayed. The new tentative release of this RFP is set for mid-January 2016. If this is delayed again, we will post another amendment to this notice letting you all know the new timeframe for the release of the solicitation. In addition, historical data has been adjusted to reflect the revisions to the PWS and will be provided in the solicitation. 2) As a heads up, the site visit for this solicitation will be held at Base Kodiak, AK. However, the pre-solicitation conference and oral presentations (for offerors who make the competitive range) will be held in Alameda, CA. Dates and location addresses for all these events will be listed in the solicitation. 3) This is also to update the point of contacts for this solicitation. The new primary POC will be Michael Hassett, michael.t.hassett@uscg.mil. He can be contacted for any questions/comments about this solicitation. The Contracting Officer for this requirement remains unchanged.
