Description

Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Goodrich, Independence, OH on a sole source basis for a quantity of four (4) each P/N T-71554, Spring Compressor, P/N T-71896, Socket Wrench Connecting Link Nut, and a quantity of five (5) each P/N T-71560, Mechanical Puller are required for the maintenance support of the Finnish Air Force F/A-18 C/D Program. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
