- Description
- The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) on behalf of USDA, NASS intends to award a sole source contract to IMHOFF Technologies, LLC for a desktop Satori Mailer. Period of Performance for these service include a base year + three option years. Services will run from December 8, 2015 through November 30, 2016 annually. The purpose of this award is to provide maintenance and support for a desktop Satori Mailer. Services will consist of the following: 1. Keeping the customer current with software innovations and ever-changing postal regulations. 2. Provides an Interactive Weblog (blog), 3. Customer Website and a Technical Help Desk, 4. A toll-free support telephone number which act as "first-line support "and; 5. Provide a response within a 2-hour turn around. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519 other computer related services. Authority for this sole source procurement is under 10 U.S.C. (C) (1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Any firm that believes it can provide the services listed above may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. The successful company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and also the Online Representations and Certification (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The Point of Contact for this action is Ms. Sabrina Brown and any response must be emailed to Sabrina.Brown@ars.usda.gov. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than November 14, 2015.
