- Performance Work Statement - Water Storage Tank Services (W911S8-16-R-0002) Sources Sought / Market Research Questionnaire - Water Storage Tank Services (W911S8-16-R-0002) This is a commercial service requirement to provide the inspection, cleaning, testing, minor repair and parts replacement, and detailed reporting of 35 existing water storage tanks on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform to the standards of this contract. This commercial requirement shall include the services outlined in Part 5 of the attached PWS, which include, but are not limited to: comprehensive water storage tank inspection and water storage tank cleaning (interior and exterior); pre-work and post-work water testing of potable water storage tanks; and minor repair and parts replacement. The vendor shall also provide a detailed report of the inspection, cleaning, testing, and any minor repairs and / or parts replaced for each water storage tank. The report shall also include a digital video disc (DVD) recording and photographs before, during, and after each inspection and cleaning.
