Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for project "Install Resinous Flooring in Dental Lab". Project is located in Gainesville FL. The magnitude of construction for this project is less than $25,000.00. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with a SDVOSB concern Blue Cord Design & Construction, LLC pursuant to public law.
