Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical requirements) will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation to procure four (4) Vertical Machining Centers. The project will include delivery, IUID tags, and technical data. The delivery locations are Tinker AFB Oklahoma, March ARB California, Seymour Johnson AFB North Carolina, and Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The estimated release date of the Solicitation will be on or about November 6, 2015. The award will be made as firm fixed price contract. The Performance Period is 120 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Archiving Policy: Automatic / 15 days after response date. All interested parties may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
