- Combined Synopsis/solicitation for UTV. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name or Equal, for a Brutus HD PTO Deluxe with multiple attachments/options. Those include Signal kit, review mirror, 2" Receiver draw bar with trailer ball, Snow Blower, and Angled broom. See Salient Characteristics listed below the Line Item. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-84, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20150930, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2015-1001 This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, if submitting "or Equal" quotes then vendors must provide documentation that provides enough information to verify if the item is indeed "or Equal". The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
