- Statement of Work /Specification /CRDLs Contract Action - N00173-16-R-EB02 Branch - 3220 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS MARKET SURVEY OR TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. Location - Naval Research Laboratory located at Washington DC 2. Objective - The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources capable of designing engineering development, fabrication, and test of three Dual Band Transmitter Power Supply Prototypes. It is anticipated that a Request For Proposals will be issued later this year. Responses to this RFI will be key in shaping certain aspects of the requirement. 3. Contract Type - Cost Plus Fixed Fee(CPFF) For the design, engineering development, fabrication, and test of three Dual Band Transmitter Power Supply Prototypes. All tasks shall be completed no later than 24 months after contract award (ACA) 4. Competition Strategy - Currently contemplating full and open competition unless the results from this RFI support the set aside of any kind. 5. Length of Award - All tasks shall be completed no later than 24 months after contract award (ACA) 6. Services Characteristics - Attached is a draft Statement of Work, Specifications, and CDRLs for the effort. The Government is currently in the planning stages for this procurement and therefore will continue to modify the language within the Statement of Work as necessary. The attached document does not represent a final Statement of Work. 7. Responses format - The Government asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: CONTACT INFORMATION a) Name of company b) Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address, and e-mail address c) Business size and number of employees DESCRIPTION OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Provide a list of Navy, DoD, or Federal contracts supported during the past 36 months with a brief description of the type. Please describe your company's ability to design, develop, fabricate, and test an Engineering Development Model (EDM) of the Dual Band Transmitter Power Supply (DBTPS) as listed in the attachments 8.
