OKC OK VA Medical Center Oklahoma City, OK 73104 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information only) Background Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance (PM) services and breakdown repair services in accordance with requirements contained herein for the following list of equipment during the period December 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 (Fiscal Year 2016) with 4 contract option years in accordance with the terms and conditions stated within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Project Scope Provide this VAMC with scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) services and breakdown repair services as specified herein for all equipment listed in Section B. All labor, travel, replacement parts and material required to maintain equipment listed in Section B are included in the total cost of the maintenance service agreement, excluding glassware where applicable.
