- PR 0060374366 for NSN 1560-01-408-1496, the Boeing Company, CAGE 43999, P/N L2100430-016. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This is a Critical Safety Item and Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. Solicitation will request pricing for a production quantity of 17/each. Inspection/Acceptance Origin, FOB Origin, delivery 203 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The issue date is on or around 11/17/2015 and the closing date is on or around 12/02/2015. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
