Description

Fresenius Hemodialysis Units Preventive & Corrective Service Maintenance Vendor will provide preventive and corrective maintenance, service repairs, telephone technical support and 24 hour on-site response time if needed, for the period 9/30/2015 through 9/29/2016. The cost of parts and surface shipping charges are included. The full service agreement is valid for service Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. Preventive maintenance can be performed in conjunction with other service work.
