- 2015_10_02_1020_EASR_J-01_SOW REDLINE 2015_10_02_1020_EASR_J-01_SOW CLEAN Q&As Amendment 03 15-R-5370 EASR Solicitation conformed 2015-10-07 15-R-5370 EASR Solicitation Amendment 03 EASR RFP #N00024-15-R-5370 Amendment 03 provides: 1) Government responses to industry questions. 2) Revisions to the EASR RFP Document. 3) EASR RFP conformed document as of 07 October 2015. 4) Revised Attachment J-02 Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) System Requirements Document (SRD). The updated version of the SRD will be shipped on October 7, 2015, automatically to any party that previously requested and received the SRD under the EASR Solicitation. On or after October 8, 2015, those parties anticipating receipt of the revised SRD may contact via email Dennis Cole dennis.j.cole@navy.mil with a cc to John Butto, john.butto@navy.mil and Sheila Utz, Sheila.utz1@navy.mil for tracking numbers. The shipment of the revised SRD will contain a redline version and a clean version of the documents. Should there be any discrepancy between the redline version and the clean version of the SRD, the clean version shall govern. Should any other interested party not meeting the above criteria elect to receive the updated SRD, a written request should be submitted in accordance with the instructions stated in the pre-solicitation notification. 5) Revised Attachment J-20 Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Model Assumptions, The updated TOC is available via FedBizOps (FBO) controlled access. Parties previously approved and granted access to the EASR controlled attachments have the ability to access the updated TOC via FBO. A redline version and a clean version of the document is provided. Should there be any discrepancy between the redline version and the clean version, the clean version shall govern. Should any other interested party not meeting the above criteria elect to receive access to the FBO controlled access documents associated with the EASR solicitation, interested parties should request access through FBO following the instructions provided in the pre-solicitation notification. 6) Extend Offeror's proposal validity date from 180 days to 270 days. 7) Revised Statement of Work. A redline version and a clean version of the document is provided. Should there be any discrepancy between the redline version and the clean version, the clean version shall govern. 8) This amendment does not extend the proposal due date nor does the Government anticipate extending the due date in the future.
