Description

This is a Sources Sought Constitutes Market Research This is a Sources Sought Notice is to seek out Interested Vendors identified as Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and all other Small Businesses interested in bidding on this requirement. If interested in bidding, vendors should notify the Contracting Officer by emailing Maria.Teodoro@va.gov by the due date indicated on the Sources Sought notice. Synopsis of Work: Elevator inspection and maintenance service (passenger, freight service elevators, dumbwaiters and wheelchair lifts) for Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VAPAHCS), located at VA Mather, Martinez, McClellan Park, and Mare Island. The proposed NAICS code is 238290. The Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, supervision and transportation, including lubricants, hydraulic fluids, shipping, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance services, including all adjustments, tests, parts replacement and repairs necessary to keep the elevators in continuous use at their initial performance ability (same speed, capacity, safety and efficiency) as originally specified by the equipment manufacturer as modified thereafter. The Contractor shall provide the services, as identified within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for an estimated Period of Performance to begin on/about Mar 1, 2016 or within 30 days after award of contract plus four option years. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this sources sought should be emailed to Maria.Teodoro@va.gov on 14 Oct 2015 no later than 4 PM, Pacific Standard Time. Include the following information: POC Name and address of company, economic status (e.g SDVOSB, SB, etc), phone numbers, DUNS number, and email address.
