Description

VA69D-15-R-0998 Selling of Space - Tomah VA Medical Center Golf Course The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), on behalf of the Tomah VA Medical Center, is seeking offers from qualified individuals or entities to establish a competitive five year Sharing Use of Space Agreement where the VA is inviting interested parties to propose a plan for the use of the Tomah VA Golf Course, as well as the proposed fee that the party would provide the VA in exchange for use of the Golf Course. The successful proposal will have the ability to negotiate for a five year Sharing Using of Space Agreement. This procurement is unrestricted. All interested parties who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide a proposal in response to the Request For Proposal (RFP). Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available September 30, 2015 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than 1:00PM Central Time, October 5, 2015 to the following email address: Patrice.Bond@va.gov. No other form of communication will be accepted.
